My height curve was average at like 172 at 15, my weight curve had changed little since like 12 years old. i was about 48kg at 15. extremely underweight in comparison to my male classmates. It might be a lifestyle change thing but only after 16 did i see my bones mature and steady/good height gains. My chest and arms got slightly bigger as well and my weight went up off-bulk. Would you say 17 sees the most height gains? I feel like late 17 or early 18 is the most common spot peoples bones really ''mature'' and they shoot up like David Gandy. At 18-19 he shot up from 5'10 to 6'2. Slow and steady does win the race

I weighed around the same until 14 I was extremely underweight, I had no pocket money so I never bought anything outside and whenever my mother made food id eat one spoonful and call it a day. After that age I began to get pocket money and buy trash food all day stuffing my mouth, eating my mother's food too and my appetite increased all the way to 70kg throughout those oncoming three years and when I turned 17 it slowed again and I have no clue what to do so I'm just gonna use an ai and hgh while I have the chance instead of diet coping
