people who do this are idiots, there not perfessional police if it was some violent guy who was armed he could have shot them or innocent people around. You can only detain or do a citizens arrest if you see a violent crime being done in real-life. Trust me if it was some brock lesnar or the rock looking guy who was armed with a gun they would have sat back taken down hes plates and called the police.

These guys are idiots by telling other people to get involved in so called crim they didn't see and if its not a violent crime or one thief, a person can defend themselves, meaning the asian guy could have pulled out a gun or knife and killed people and legally he would be protected under-self defense. Then she ran to hes car window and began punching him in the face and chest from the window, and demand he leave the car or she was gonna shoot him, a few second later she pulled out her gun and shot and killed him. She then called 911 and lied and said he grabbed her gun and shot himself.

But they had video cameras from near by stores plus a few people recorded what happened. The media and police tried to be slick by calling it a citizens arrest gone wrong, instead of just calling it was it was MURDER.
