Most of the LTNs cannot reach HTN or CL with the all money in the world. Besides that, surgery is a whole another thing.

A Chadlite can wageslave and just become Chad while LTNs and MTNs cannot. I'm thinking of whole face full of failos when I think about a LTN and you need to get at least 4-5 surgeries to get into HHTN-CL range (Trimax, rhinoplasty, canthoplasty, supraorbital / browridge fat graft, wrap around implants, Malar implants). All of those surgeries will have a recovery time since your botch chance will be very high if you make really complicated surgery combinations.
