It's all in the genes, back when I was in high-school there were plenty of guys who ate junk food, smoked, drank alcohol, etc. and they were still tall, robust, with above average faces.
Meanwhile I was eating healthy, exercised, didn't smoke or drink, didn't even masturbate and I was still small, scrawny with an undeveloped, neotenous face.
