I mean I watched The Virgin Suicides at 16. I knew Ramirez’s and his imagery since I was 15, so all the time Trip was on screen my mind was itching on many stuff, the main one being how he was a tall, dark-haired and dark-eyed 70s James Dean, but the other being who he reminded me the most of. Specially when he’s in a suit, he gives off some Richard. Not to condone RR deeds or put them as light, but the similarities are there, sure.
