I have no fucking clue how Rira wasnt caught anytime sooner. I honestly say the reason this nigga wasnt caught as fast was because the policing back then was terrible as shit JFL, he was terrible at hiding evidence, he used to same shoe in each one of his crimes only changing them after the stupid fucking mayor came out and revealed what shoes he was wearing on tv, when he let his victims live he let them see his face and whatnot. This retard was genuinely lucky he was killing in them time era and not in the 2020’s.
Dont get me wrong though: i admire him alot only because of the way he looks. Thats about it. His entire personality was corny asl. When you dig into the way this nigga was caught,your gonna cage. While attempting to steal a car, he gets pulled out by a 50 yr old manlet after trying to pump fake him by saying “i have a pistol”. He then proceeds to try to steal another car, gets beat by some other guy, runs and then allows himself to get mobbed and almost beat to death.
As soon as the police arrive allegedly according to bystanders he starts thanking god the police arrived and saved him. It keeps going as well, as he’s in the car this retard starts yapping about how if he had his pistol, he would’ve made everyone scatter
