I think best way to look at it, cos u have geographic variances, and u have boomers and shit and millenials and zoomers, is just to say how many multiples higher than average is your salary (or your FCF if u run a business).

If 1-3 you're doing OK.
If 3-5 you're pretty damn good.
If 5-10 you're very good.
If 10-20 you're rich.
If >20 you're fucking killing it and not worth worrying about more

This place and alternative Internet spaces in general like Facebook shit posters, 4chan, etc definitely do seem to be disgustingly privileged and suburban in general but not sure how many are truly rich (like as in a networth of 2 million + USD) are here.

Funny, I looked up what certain top percentiles of being rich include and what the average American considers rich isn't far off from my opinion. Except average American says 2.5 million + USD net worth is rich. Basically as a kid in the 2000s 1 million was the rich standard but clown world tier inflation has doubled that. A lot of just upper class to upper middle class people have 1 million net worth now cuz of housing inflation especially
