How in any fucking way does companies hire females or specific races to a lesser degree just because.

Doesn't make any fucking sense in anyway. Normies are too fucking dumb thinking any company cares about this.
They care about two things only:
How much value you bring the company and how much they will have to pay you.

You can't tell me any company would hire a white male who brings less value for more money than a Asian female.

Fucking normies thinking multi million dollar companies gives a fuck about gender or race is absurd.

if you suggest that the NBA or NFL should have racial quotas the same people that grip about inequality 24/7 will rationalize that it is just obvious that the most talented people are making it to the NFL and NBA. What they are either oblivious to, or just lying about, is that the most talented managers and engineers are just as obviously identified by someone in a particular business environment, even though it seems random to outsiders.
