The only logical thing to do is remove one of them

muscle imbalance would make one lazy
not one being bigger then the other

You are wrong.
Different Muscles control eyelid muscle (e.g. levator palebrae superioris) tone as well as orientation of eyeball (e.g. superior oblique).
When he refers to a "different eye size" he may well be referring to one eyelid is obscuring its eye to a different degree.

Thats UEE not the size of his eyes
If he showed a photo that'd help

Yes - when people say one eye is bigger than the other they are often referring to UEE.
A patient presenting with ptosis will often complain that one of their eyes looks bigger than the other.
It's also not just about LPS musculature - imbalances in orbicularis oculi could cause the symptoms OP is describing.
Stop trying to argue anatomy with a med student lol.

It's very unlikely that his eyeballs are literally different sizes lmfao.

muscle imbalance+posture issues (likely apt). I have the same problem and look lopsided and Ive realised the problems are muscle imbalance caused due to sleeping on opp side and posture issues due to being on a chair alot

you can tell the right one is bigger
Same eye imbalance as me, very likely its caused by the things I said here
