wall and pen method and using a friend for help to mark my outter edges of my acromial on the wall and then i deducted the width of the pen that went from 18.7 to 18.2 but i say 18 cause the skin on my shoulders could be adding more to my width

genuienly curious because my bizygomatic width takes away from my broad look that i want. i have a 5.75 inch zygo width and i seen from another discussion that a 3.8-4x your bizygomatic width is a good estimate for what a good shoulder width would be for someone based on their zygos

To answer your question it should be possible to make those gains on your frame. But again I doubt you are 18 inches since its so hard to measure biacro, I know I have done it all and will show you my device lmao. Bidelt is much easier to measure and 21 untrained is very good.

with my arms relaxed by my side and in this position. Its how doctors set you up when they mesure you. I would see if I can fit or not. If its too wide make it narrower until I lightly touch both sides of my delts at the maximum point of quiet respiration to the "blades" of the "caliper".

I currently have a 17” bidelt which is brutal Idk how far I can actually increase it, obviously 25” is ideal but that’s impossible. My waist is a good 30” but will probably go down to 28” or 29” when I get leaner (currently 20% bf trying to cut to sub 12%) My hips are also an issue but I’m...
