right side face asymmetry and right lazy eye

I need help with fixing my right side of the face it’s asymmetric and I have a lazy eye. How can I get rid of my lazy eye naturally?


Btw i can’t get myself to sleep on my back I think i tried everything

dont worry about upper and lower eyelid exposure I’ll def get a surgery for that once I finish softmaxxing

no visible asymmetry to me, you look good brah, the slight discrepancy you see in your eyes you can see in sean opry and jordan barret it's normal
