Right side infraorbital recession

I have a recessed infraorbital on my right side the left side comes out much more and I can feel bone protrusion on the left side but it’s nearly flat on the right, I do sleep on my side often and have heard it can mess up CCW rotation though I’m not very well established with a lot of the terminology/methology for these, would appreciate advice on how to push out the right orbital more without surgery, can provide images if needed.
