Right side of face drooping (asymmetry)

Finally posting my face, it’s brutal, lol.

Recessed chin, maxilla and infras. Narrow lower third which makes my face look weird as fuck. I think i look alot better in the mirror tho. Tell me what i should fix.

So, how do i fix my right side drooping (image) like this, i only noticed it recently but its been bugging me since its actually looking like im malformed (I am).

For reference i’m 16 years and 8 months old.

You will need some sort of jaw surgery or fat graft to fix the asymmetry you can cope with filler
