What procedures can fix or hide the face that my right cheekbone and jaw/ramus has more mass? It’s not that noticeable but it is to me and I hate it. I know fillers can hide it but that’s only temporary and shouldn’t be used long term

Masseter hypertrophy doesnt do shit to bones
Cope tbh, depending on your age.

Hahahahahahahhahahahahahhaha, ypu think you can change gonial angle of the mandible that depend on the condyle after the age of 12 when 90 % of the mass of yhe mandible is developed already? By changing the masseter muscle with chewing ? You have a iq of 3 year old then

Worked few years ago when i was 16. So cope all you want.

TAKE THE HAMMER AND POUND :aheago::aheago::aheago::aheago::aheago::aheago::aheago::aheago::aheago:

You didnt change any bones, the muscle might have become bigger. But the underlying bone structure is the same
No it most definitely changed. I had 0 antegenal notch on my ramus, now it’s very prominent.

Because you lost weight, antegonial notch is sign of downward growth not bigger masseter
No, there’s two types, one due to downward growth and one due to flared gonians. Meeks is an example of flared gonians.

I was always skinny, so lost weight my ass, I gained weight since then.

You’re literally clueless it seems.

You dont know what you talking about, flared gonions(btw you cant see flared gonions apart from the front, and then you only see the muscle because flared gonions come from bigger muscle but you cant see it directly) doest show as a antegonial notch. You are a retard, send a pic of your gonial angle ? Is it more then 110 then its a antegonial notch from downward growth

It’s not due to downward growth, it’s less than 110. And i’m not even talking about me here JFL so idk why your saying muh send your jaw.

My point is bones always change, not set in stone, environment and external factors influence it.

You dont change the gonial angle as the maxilla is already downward grown to a specific level. Only during bimax with movements forward and down or remove bones can the angle be changed. So stop the cope, its not physically possible

dnr

ramus length increase is possible, i am
proof

Yes majority of the asymmetry is in the muscles in case of masseter hypertrophy only 1-2mm in bone

What you are talking about is not gonian angle it is mandibular plane angle.gonian angle cannot be changed with bimax

You can change gonion angle with the right cut, but not much

For many its in the bones, 4-5 mm +

In case of masseter hypertrophy or other asymmetry?
Assymetry generally, i mean having 5+mm of assymmetry on bone level is common, if anything muscle can hide assymetry

Yea i mean there is bend i am not sure whthere its antegonial notch or not
I mean its sits on the same spot but any vertical down shift is downwardgrowth

Muscle can hide as well as exaggerate asymmetries.it exaggerates asymmetry in masseter hypertrophy

I mean depending on bonemass under the masseter muscle will be bigger on one side, the more developed side, most of the assymetry itself stems from wrong bite and chewing between the age of 0-12
