It seems the lower my bodyfat gets the better I'm treated, so what does that mean? I'm actually changing becoming more socially confident, and I know it's not much but if female teachers like to instigate conversation with me or continue you it then I'm improving, you know I'm just testing the waters so I'll just gaze at them and see how they react, and by the reactions its liked so people can cope however they want whilst you have been rotting I've been grinding, may of not been the best cause I had to do alot of fasting which is why, I'm down to 16.8% with not alot of muscle growth, but it's ok I'm going gym I'm enjoying it, and muscle growth will come, but here's something I recommend it you tire from using weights maybe think of how fast your blood circulates, and then think about changing your reps your sets cause that's what I've done, and it's been a big improvement just remember, that if your trying to build muscle low reps of 3 sets, but go heavy that way you ain't doing too many reps to fatigue your arms, and dont expect results straight, away you scrawny cunts
