only real risk is diabetes so thats why u buy a glucometer take berberine to lower it
u shouldn t worry about other risks like acromegaly or cancer. acromegaly is not really proven mostly people with an hgh overproduction from birth develop it.i saw russian bodybuildees take 40+ius daily and be fine. there is also the risk of your organs/maybe a cancer growing but i doubt it start low and titrate up.
you can also take a non steroidal aromatase inhibitor if ur worried about premature growth plate closure
