I've noticed one thing about them, and it's that they don't value people for who they are, they value them for what they can provide

Can you elevate their social status?
Can you help them network to elevate their career?
Can you open doors socially for them?
Can you get them connected to hot girls?

White people don't do community, they do tribalistic social circles

They divide themselves up into groups, then stick to their group and consider everyone else in the community, an outsider
