What are these fucking rings around my mouth. Makes me look like shit. Is it because I got a ressed maxilla or what?

Most likely a form of facial hyperpigmentation or perioral dermatitis, not a direct result of a recessed maxilla

it’s my nasolabial folds that are showing like two lines each side of the nose down to my mouth
