It's been fucked ever since I was a kid but i deluded myself by thinking it was just a muh high mature hairline and coped by doing an elite comb over. I basically had my own hair system since i cut my hair at home and looked at the small details. Now I can't fraud the combover because it's thinning on top. Every time i grab my head, ther's like 5 hairs.

5 months ago I could see my scalp clearly when my hair was wet. Now with the same hair length I can barely see any scalp when wet. My frontal region still has quite some ways to go though.

Routine was intense massaging 2x/day for 20 mins each. Used both hands to pinch the skin together, then used my knuckles and really kneaded the skin, pressing pretty fkn hard. (See video). The upside is that this method is totally free, but it does take some time for results.
