Ripped of skin from my face due to waxing

Hey guys, i ripped part of my face skin off cuz of hot wax. How long will it take to regrow? What should i do?
Did anyone else do the same? Does the wound remain?

What did you do to make them grow?
What was your dosage and did you take daily? Morning or night?
