Rira ate Raw Meat

I'm curious to find out if Richard Ramirez actually ate raw meat during his teen years by hunting wild game in the local forests. The wikipedia page about him claims he hunted animals by himself and took them apart so it makes some sense.
There's also some people who knew him that claimed he was allegedly eating raw beef burger patties.
I know genetics play a huge part if we talk about looks and I think its mostly from his ancestry that was developed fairly well.
