I mean come on, they look identical

Both are mexican but the kind that is mostly spanish and not brown (going off of brian moser's actual actor's ethnicity) with the same phenotype, dark curly hair and pale skin. They're the exact same height (6'2"). They have similar bone structure as well, with both having strong zygos as their most striking feature. Both are guant with hollow cheeks. They even have the same hair length/style (at the time of RIRA's arrest at least). Some of the shots look almost intentionally copied from famous shots of RIRA. Even though they won't admit it, the writers of Dexter had to have done this intentionally. Brian Moser is clearly casted and styled to look like the night stalker.

Even the young brian moser actor looks like a child RIRA. Wtf.

Yeah in that pic he does I was mostly talking about the time of his arrest, for whatever reason he was a lot more pale

Even in that pic he's not as brown as most mexicans though
