If you live in the States but want to get implants from Pagnoni, for example.
Do you risk not being near your surgeon in case you have post-op complications? I assume you'd have to stay in Italy for 2+ weeks.
Separately - any reason why Pagnoni has not updated his IG or website in so long (2020 was most recent)?
