I see people posting about very extreme surgeries when fillers or other more minor procedures would suffice. In the case of implants there is high risk of infection for example. It could be subjectively worth it to some people but this should be carefully considered.
As someone who believes looks are a prerequisite to dating, love, and attraction, I understand your thought process if you are trucel and have major failos.
But some guy getting LL at 6ft is mentally ill, and there are people unironically like this
I think someone should carefully consider the lowest risk, highest reward options and rank order them in terms of most optimal. This avoids wasting time, energy, resources, and unnecessary risk and pain. In life you should be rewarded for the risks you take, so there is no point in taking a big risk for small reward.
As a general rule of thumb, if it's not a definite flaw, it's probably not worth a major surgery.
In my experience getting liposculpture in 5 areas, veneers, 8ml of fillers, Lasik, gynecomastia removal, and more... almost no procedure gets it 100% right anyways, so something has to be a major issue to be worth the time, money, risk, and pain. If you try to correct a minor flaw and they botch it slightly, it ends up being worse potentially. What a nightmare. Luckily the ones I fixed were major flaws so I look much better even if it's not 100% perfect.
In my case I could improve my nose by 10-20% with rhinoplasty but it's not worth the risk of a botched job or reduced functionality. I could be convinced otherwise but that's my stance for now.
