Low Risk + Low Reward
• Buccal fat removal - other than the results posted here on this site, I’ve been unable to find a single result which shows a significant change to somebody’s face.
Low risk + High reward
• facial fat grafting - relatively inexpensive (mine done for €1300) and I literally couldn’t find a bad result. Like a more realistic, permanent version of fillers that age with your face. Very effective at fixing subhuman hollow eyes.
• fillers - usually look good, depending on the skill of the person giving them, fade significantly after 5 months. Great for tear troughs, chin and jaw. Avoid cheeks and lips.
• otoplasty - cheap (can be done for $300 if you’re willing to travel) and it’s difficult to fuck up pinning back somebody’s ears, fixing goofy ears can effectively fix a “subhuman” aesthetic.
• scalp micropigmentation - another one which is difficult to fuck up. I paid €600 and I’ve had tons of compliments about how thick my hair looks.
• hair transplant - among the best ways to looksmax. One of the best decisions I ever made. You can get an A+ hair transplant for €3000 if you’re willing to travel. When used in combination with scalp micropigmentation, it’s the most effective looksmax for the money in my humble opinion.
LeFort maxillary advancement - considered to be the surgical holy grail for jawcels. 90% of the population’s maxillas are recesses. This is the most effective way to fix and while it’s low risk, it has a ton of drawbacks.
You’re going to have to pay out the ass, you’re probably going to have to travel, it’s unpleasant as fuck to have your face broken and then reconstructed with titanium plates, you’re probably going to have facial nerve damage to some extent. If you can overcome these hurdles, LeFort is your fastest way to Chad status.
Medium risk + medium reward
• crowns/veneers - you can get a custom realistic set of EMAX replacement teeth that last 15+ years in Turkey for €4000~. They can look unrealistic if you get them too white. A very effective treatment if you have very little “teeth show” when smiling. Even though my teeth were white and straight, I was embarrassed by my smile before I got them.
• chin / jaw implants very easy to misjudge what size is needed. A chin wing or mandibuloplasty will give more realistic results but are more at risk of causing permanent nerve damage and cost twice as much. Ideally you should get a custom chin and jaw wraparound from Eppley in Indianapolis but it’s going to cost $20,000. Should be noted that even Eppley has a few terrible results.
•Blepharoplasty - effective as a form of removing the “tired look” from droopy eyes but also removes any hooding. Maybe save this one for when you’re older and the droppyness outweighs the aesthetics of hooding
High risk + low reward
Cheek implants - these very rarely look aesthetic and don’t look good with age. They always seem to give a Joan Rivers look. If you really want better zygos, get MSE or fillers.
High risk + High reward
Lip lift - they generally look good on women but can make men look like phaggots. Worth it if you have little upper lip expose and no teeth exposure when smiling. If it’s botched, you can’t get it revised.
Rhinoplasty - arguably the most effective surgery for fixing an unaesthetic face. You should always go to a surgeon who sexualises in nose jobs. Also the most easy to recognise as fake. There’s a reason that revision rhinoplasties are so common.
Canthoplasty/almond eye - can be god-tier if you’re a bug-eyed goblin but the results are can be inconsistent and uncanny. See Zyzz’s brother. You’re also going to end up paying out the ass to go to Dr Taban in Beverly Hills if you want it done by a specialist.
