Risks of eye area implants

Im having my consultation with pagnoni for saddled infra orbital zygo and drop down supraorbital implants without glabella.
Is it a high risk area for implants? Is is worth?

A surgeon will never tell you exactly how big of a chance it is to get nerve damage etc. but sure i will

No unless there is a saddle that goes beyond the infraorbital rim. I have heard many doctors don’t perform this due to eye complications. Without saddle it’s fine and I think you could get fat grafting to fill in for where the saddle would have been or blepharoplasty.

No he is good at bimax. The chance of getting botched is extremely low if you are a proper candidate for the surgery. Some guys on here barely needed the surgery and then wonder why it didn’t ascend them and in some cases makes them super ugly. There was one dude on here who turned it to a chimp face because he didn’t need the surgery at all. He said he had it done by pagnoni but, pagnoni is still one of the best. Also I have heard from others that pagnoni wont do saddle with implant because of risk. There are other safer fixes for filling in the gap besides saddle. Ask him he will probably recommend a little fat grafting above implant. Pagnoni also works with giant implants. You can ask giant if they do the saddle.
