my nose was broken when I was like 1 yo I cant nose breath my stupid nigger parents didnt do anything about it now **my mandible is asymmetrical my chin is recessed my maxilla is recessed I had horrible crooked teeth but I got braces its getting fixed my orbitals are recessed** but I have a wide face cuz genetics carried it
So thats why Im considering lefort 3 , my orthodontist said lefort 3 gonna change your nose so you have to do rhino after the lefort, is it true?

lefort 3 isn’t really needed unless ur severely disfigured but there is risks in nerve and vision damage and there’s risks in infection too
