Ritalin makes me giga tired and paranoid

Started taking some these days for finals and no matter the effective dose i take it makes me yawn for 2 hours and my eyelids keep closing while im feeling anxiety, its hard not to take a nap on it, cucked few days where i could have studied better without it possibly, but i can't sit still and read something.

anytime I take mph after a long time off or up the dose I get a crippling headache, and the good feeling that pushes you to study only lasts for 30 minutes it's a joke compared to amphetamines
