I’m decently smart and can catch onto the concepts quickly but I can’t sit down and study even for 30 min legit.

concentra has a longer release but its a weaker stim while ritalin its like a 5 hour stim

Ive only ever used caffeine to focus tbh

Most I’ve read was that Ritalin is superior

I only tried moda and even 400mg didn’t do that much for me or at least not what I expected

I would say it’s just similar to caffeine lol

If I took one of those medications, I would die. My body is rigged. Like a boobytrap. Today, the most I can take are vitamins, Ibuprofen, and Omeprazole. Anything that causes a change inside me or messes with my nervous system, my heart races, my blood pressure skyrockets, and my throat swells to a point of suffocation.
