hair shedding during early ketoconazole treatment?

Washing with ketoconazole shampoo 2 times a week for dandruff. Scalp is mildly irritated around the hairline (where the dandruff was most severe) and flaking/shedding; would the hair regrow once the skin heals?

I use it and no shedding so far, but that thread fucking scared me, I hope it stays like that
