RME effects on forward growth and CCW rotation

I am getting RME in about a month's time and I was wondering about its effects laterally and vertically. I have read some studies but all the results are inconsistent.
For context i am 17 and a late bloomer.

do you think bite blocks or RPHG would make a difference? or do you think it only works with bone-borne expanders?

only thing that works is craniomaxillofacial surgery

Yeah ur right ill never be able to get it. But what can i do now for best results possible?

There is nothing to do bro. The only thing i can think of is if you have a low fwhr, to stop listening to the orthodontist and not go to appointments and expand as much as possible.
At some point you might need to surgically expand the lower jaw though
but if your fwhr is normal then dont bother

The weird thing is from the front i look completely normal other than an ever so slightly long midface. The only problem is my side. my gonial angle is too big, my chin is recessed and i have a big nose bump.
