Embodying the wisdom of being aware and conscious is the part that will change our lives dramatically. Hence I believe consciousness is where life starts.

I do not have any diagnosed disorder but did face challenges in being an outcast in many friend groups ever since childhood for whatever the reason.

Ironically enough very recently I started to fake my charisma, non chalance when required and talk with confidence just enough so that I can navigate In making superficial relationships with people.

If you are thinking about women, getting women isn’t a problem for me. Friend groups however, I was an outcast at many times.

I feel like i always come off as uninteresting and fake to people, in a sense it's true since I have a hard time fitting in and acting in what's considered normal en mass. Growing up I had difficulties to make friends and get attention as you say "for whatever reason" and it persists to this day. Do you have any advice for me?

Mind you we aren’t similar cause I wasn’t an introvert, I was still an extrovert and socially courageous enough but still had no friends.

The only advice I can give is to white pill max or looksmax to your natural potential and then you should atleast look like whatever it is that you speak. Start doing it with LTBs, LTNs, people slightly younger than you and circles where you are superior; your charisma will flow in naturally and then slowly ascend upwards by carrying that same confidence to higher level of circles.
