I've read doses of +15 g are recommended. 4g might be too little. I don't believe +15g does much either though.

I used to beleve in it, now I don't. It's lighting. My eye colour varies a lot on different pictures. You never see transformations of brown to blue.

his eye color was hazel in the beginning, he already had some green specs
my brother has hazel eyes and they appear light brown in normal lightning but in the sun you can see a lot of green
