what is athleticism?
the physical qualities that are characteristic of athletes, such as strength, fitness, and agility.
"what he lacks in stature, he more than makes up for with speed and athleticism"
now why is this a desirable trait?
well in the military you will need to be peak fitness to have the best odds of surviving and being the best soldier you can, this is highly important for you to have athlete fitness etc
what steps can I take?
first off you NEED to be at your ideal weight and bodyfat percentage
here are some useful soruces for you

this is my ideal weight so i need to put on some lean muscle mass
try and get within the range of ideal for athletic too ( I would reccomend listening in for the next part for fat loss maxxing)
so you need to shed bf% to get into the 6-13% range? ye , dont worry its a struggle, we will get you there though
so i reccomend highly eating low as possible calories as you can and some moderate cardio
rinse and repeat until you get there
( this is also essential for deblaoters too, you will see you bone strucutre and will start to look very good facially )
as to get to your ideal weight genuinely gymcel like a bitch ( you could use PEDs but since the TDEE tells you your max potential you can get there natty)
so get a gym membership and just work your ass off ded srs
once you have got the fat range of 6-13% and are at your ideal weight now we can move on to your athleticism
ok so this is a lot simpler than most people would expect
you need to have 2-3 hours a day for training
in this time you should be running, cycling, walking , swimming and then resistance training
make sure to eat your ideal macros

keep this up for days on end
you WILL be a prime athletic soldiering type
