What’s the method to have a few to no acne during puberty.Im chuggin water like an elephant but that shi doesnt work all im getting is clear pee , aint no clear skin

currently i have acne on my side that is most probably cuz i sleep on my side and cuz of pillowcase even tho i change it every week, but except that what could worsen it so i cut that out , and any tips that can my skin clearer , softmaxxes only cuz im 13 and cant buy shi
