I will try and ascend as much as possible for the next 15 weeks, and mog my past Christmas family photo
These are the failos im going to try and fix/improve on (ranked from most to least important
)
-My pale skin
-My acne
-My bloated face
-My light eyebrows/lashes
-My yellow-ish teeth
-My neck (honestly already pretty thick but could be improved on)
The plan:
- Tanning -
- I will ingest 100mg of beta carotene orally through pills, 1x a day
- I will be out in the sun more
- I will use fake tanner if methods above don't work
- Clear Skin -
- I will follow my skincare routine (please roast it):
Morning
Cleanser
Rice milk
Moisturiser
Sunscreen SPF 50%+
Night
Cleanser
Rice milk
2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant (if not using tretinoin)
Topical Tretinoin
Moisturiser
- Sharp Face -
- I will eat a 3:1 ratio of sodium to potassium
- I will cut out ALL junk food
- I will drink 2-3l of water daily
- I will ingest excess C-vitamin
- I will swallow with my tongue, not my cheek muscles (idk if this is cope or not
)
- I will NOT be cutting sadly, because I am still growing and I am not willing to trade potential height growth for a more chiseled face
- Darker Eyebrows + Eyelashes -
- Pretty self explanatory, I will dye my eyebrows and eyelashes darker
- I will also curl my eyelashes and use a wax pen to form my eyebrows downwards
- Better Teeth -
- I will apply crest whitening strips every night until they look good
- I want to get invisalign but my parents won't pay since my teeth don't medically need it, so I will get the treatment when im older
- I will make my coffee iced, and avoid tea and other dark beverages
- Bigger Neck -
- I will do neck curls from the bed with weight plates on my head
- I will also gymmaxx as usual
So the full daily routine will look something like this
-Wake up (6:30)
-Make iced coffee
-Shower
-Style my hair + skincare + put on bb cream/curl eyelashes/waterline pen/every other fraud I do before I go to school
-Eat quark w/ banana and unsalted peanut butter
-Take creatine, a multivitamin, a c-vitamin tablet and the beta carotene pill
-Slave through school, sipping on water
-Eat chicken with milk + banana (I have a food card so I can buy my own lunches)
-Slave through more school, sipping on more water
-Gymmaxx
-Drink a protein shake with protein powder, milk, banana, oats, berries and unsalted peanut butter
-Rot on .org for 20 mins whilst sipping water n protein shake
-Do 3 sets of neck training to failure (every other day)
-Studymaxx until dinner
-Eat moms cooking (holy bloat)
-Walk the dog listening to clav n k-shami interview
-Brush teeth w/ water, and put on the whitening strips for 1.5 hours
-Get my mom to dye my eyebrows + eyelashes (only when they are getting lighter, not every day ofc)
-Chat up my crush/study/rot on .org
-Wash out hairproducts, bb cream ect
-Full skincare routine (you already know it)
-Go to bed 21:30
Things I am planning to interpret into the future:
-Melanotan 2, the only peptide I am truly interested in (I lowkey can't find the nasal spray version anywhere so if you know where I can find it let me know, I can't hide syringes and stuff where I live)
-Accutane, my acne isn't bad but if tretinoin doesn't save it I am heading straight to indiamart and buying accutane
-Surgery, specifically I am interested in a rhinoplasty + chin filler, but 16 is too young + im broke + my parents would never allow it
-Contacts, I know light green contacts would suit me well and give me a more "exotic look", will do if I switch schools over the winter
