I deleted it. I normally delete threads when they're not an actual attempt to get more information about their ban or is not an actual attempt to make an appeal.

The mods should tell him if he wants to come back he has to write out a really long thought out appeal and then prob just not let him back

He submitted the same thread twice, but that's about it. He seems to be doing okay in regards of spam right now. I would have to revoke his right to make an appeal in the future if he spams too much though.

I have no clue. I assume by default that if his posting privileges were not completely revoked, it means he has a right to at least to make an attempt at an appeal or two. I treat all of the users bans the same unless I'm told otherwise.
