Thank you for taking your time to create an actual logical counter-argument.
However, i disagree with most of these things.
First off, my cheekbones aren't flat, just bloated. I already had noticeable zygos as a kid.
My jaw isn't potato, and already has angularity, once again, just bloated
I would argue this is the perfect gonial angle, any higher or lower would look weird.
My lips are not narrow
This also debunks the small upper lip bit
Only one i can slightly agree on is the IPD.
So yeah, that is my response.

What makes the eyes aspie is the spacing and color,
Try out a blue/green eye filter and you will understand what I mean, you will look so much better trust me
The lips look small and your headshape isnt that appealing

Your cheekbones are undefined. You do not have bloat, if you can lose it in a week its blot, if not you’re boneless. This is what prominent cheekbones look like

You’re orbitals aren’t forward and your eyes aren’t very deep set

Second point, again, bloat, would look like that unbloated.
Gonial angle, comparing those 2 pictures there seems to be a very slight difference in gonial angle. Not one big enough to make a difference.
Also, my ramus is actually defined
I don't know what orbitals are, but the set of my eyes for my pubertal stage is okay. Not outward-grown yet not inward-grown, either.
They might look like the guy on the right after some pubertal development.
Lastly, my philtrum isn't long and barely longer than the guy on the left, especially since he's making a mouth expression. Philtrums are supposed to be flat or convex and both are flat/very slightly convex.

You’re 88lbs. You can’t use bloat as a cop out because it’s very unlikely you’ve had bloat this entire time. If it was bloat you can lose it in probably under a week, considering you haven’t, it’s probably not bloat.
Your ramus is defined in that pic but you’re looking up, but I’ll pass since nearly everyone doesn’t have a defined ramus all the time.
I don’t know when orbitals grow but they do it early in puberty. If you don’t have them now you can’t say “I’ll probably get them”.
Opening mouth doesnt make philtrum shorter. And a flat philtrum is not ideal

106lbs now. It is likely i've had bloat because when you look at younger pictures of me, i was less bloated.
Apparently orbitals are the things under the eyes. For me they are just under my eyes and protrude a little bit past my eyes. I don't know if this is ideal.
Smiling makes your philtrum shorter as well. Even if you gave me the ''perfect philtrum'' it would be such a miniscule difference.
