Is 26g good for delt injections?

Sometimes, when I pin in my shoulder, some of the liquid would come out along with a bit of blood, does that mean I did not inject into the muscle?

Also, is pinning twice a week optimal for test e only? I feel like my skin is acting up again, should I just pin ED?

pinning twice a week is enough
26g is a good size for 1ml or less injections
I use a 26g x 1/2” for delts or quads
And a 25g x 1” for glutes

Try and wait a few seconds after you finish injecting before removing the needle and take it out slowly, don’t just whip it out.

As long as you aren’t getting lumps, you’re in the muscle.
