roid cycle ancillaries

telmisartan, tadalafil, ezetimbe, NAC, milk thistle alot of omega 3
what else do i take? i added those mostly beacuse of tren and my good choresterol was 11mg and the bad 200mg last bloodwork
for bp is that enough?
anyone got other suggestions? my CRP was 29 on cycle
