Get some mexidol some hydroxyzine or ideslly lemborexant and then the obvious shit obv, start at 100mg imo, no need to be a bitch

I give blood also if my rbc count gets too high anyways
That daily var probs wont dk much other than mess up your lipid profile tho so if i were you od drop it fromt he cyclw
