Depends how old you are if you’re in puberty shit is exacerbated badly remember my first cycle at 14 I lost almost all my friends you genuinely get pissed at the smallest shit and somehow think it’s rational in the moment so you end up into physical altercations isolate yourself if you care about your social life JFL
