If you inject normal T dosage like 500mg for 5 months, and hop off cycle, do you naturally gradually lose ALL of gains and shrink to pre-natty level?

Why would I not hop off. It costs money and time to inject every week. If I keep eating good and training post cycle, can I keep at least 50% of size while on cycle?

If you do that, your body will stop producing test naturally. It will be over

Due to the shit unhealthy sedentary lifestyle most people live nowadays, most people already have low test. So it kind of makes sense to just jump on TRT earlier to maintain a good quality of life

Correct me if I'm wrong but the main benefit to steroids is the additional recovery allowing more muscle tissue to be put on through training & dieting. The question for @Over would be how much he already trains and if he's put on his natty gains yet. If you don't know what you're doing and start doing steroids you could waste those cycles because you have no idea what you're doing. Each cycle will tax your long-term health (heart, liver, skin, hair, etc.) so you need to plan them out.

The body composition you can maintain depends on your hormone levels. You should think in terms of body composition not just gains. Because if you keep your calories and protein high, and train hard, you can keep a lot of the muscle gains but you will become fat in the process. If you try to maintain leanness you will lose all the muscle gains. There's no way to maintain the body composition without exogenous hormones. PCT doesn't help keep gains it can sometimes alleviate the hormone crash after coming off before returning to natty levels that's all.

Well I plan on training forever post cycle and keeping my calories and protein in check. Question is, if I keep eating at least maintenance level and training regularly will I still lose most gains or it only applies to niggas who blast a lot of gear to compete?

You should be able to maintain muscles if you don't go above your natural limit. However, you need to either keep exercising or have suboptimal bodyfat.

How can I gauge what’s my natural limit tbh?

It's whatever you can maintain at 10-12% with moderate exercise (1-2 times per week).

If your respond to the pct well and your natural levels never go to shit you can keep a good amount of gains since its your first.cycle and I'm assuming you aren't at your Natty limit. If you were already maxxed out pre cycle then I'm sure you would lose most of the gains

No I’m not totally. Would be cool to do just one cycle reach natty limit or around that and just keep gains with regular exercise and get little to no side effects, that’s the dream.

Thinking about it too tbh, why waste another 2 years looking ok when I can just reach my Natty limit right now.

For the first week inject only 250 mg and see how you react to the test and if you don’t get any extreme sides then up your dose to 500 mg

Yeah, only “if” is that I am afraid of losing hair more than death, and a lot of people say you lose ALL gains when you hop off, but do they mean real roidcels that go on stage or lose gains even from one cycle getting to 80-85kg body weight

I think you should try eating more before you start roiding. You’re too obsessed about being lean. To build muscle natty you gotta gain some weight. You can play around with being 10% bodyfat when you build a decent physique and your metabolism is better.
