Tmj ? then yeah masseter botox will fix it , it also fixes any underlying assymetry u might have

the good thing is after 2 rounds of botox u only need to do a touch up once a year if any

Not sure if it’s tmj because I only hear it click sometimes but my clenching habit never gave me an issue aesthetically before steroids
But I’m also not as lean as before so I need to cut down to really see if I need
