Roiding Test 500mg but unable to maintain proper estrogen levels.

I am roiding around 500mg Test per week (150mg test EOD) but I am unable to maintain proper estrogen levels.

When I take AI 0.25mg with every 150mg Test dose, I get itchy and puffy nipples all the time. When I try to take 0.5mg AI dose I crash my estrogen levels : dick shut down, insane depression, extreme fatigue, unable to sleep, etc.

I don't know what to do, need some guidance please.

I have gyno since puberty, I am 20M, pre cycle bloodwork shows my E2 levels were 41+

change dosing frequency of test e,
change ester
lower dose of testosterone,
try inbetween .25 and .5 arimidex
try diffferent ai

just keep it simple and lower the test dose

i am on 500mg of test no AI, only if i see really bad estogenic sides , i wouldnt wanan nuke because estrogen helps with bones

Run enclomophine with it and slightly lower your dose

An AI will not completly nuke your estrogen if you dose it right.
