Should i wait to when im a specific body fat procentage to pin?
Or is there a limit to how fat/skinny u can be kinda
 
the amount you pin should vary by bf% and weight. Not when you should.

300mg a week, 85kg
so for example you should pin 150 twice weekly so your levels are stable, but if you were like 65kg 300mg a week would be too much for your size. it varies depending on weight and already existing test

body fat shouldn’t really matter as long as you’re not obese. also mark my first comment as solution it’s the little checkmark in the bottom right corner of the post
