tbh you don't really need a guide for testosterone since you make it endo, but some things I would recommend would be trying to have a high injection frequency, adding ancillaries like an AI when needed, HCG or HMG for fertility, drinking lots of water, having a good diet, and overall living a healthy lifestyle
