Idk how u even fk well on all that. When I do my tren 700, 50 anadrol and 600 test my cardio got so bad just from the rapid weight gain. I would sweat all over a girl.

U should make the most of ur gains now ur still early 20s then i recommend from mid 20s onwards do what I do u maintain ur body with trt 180 and intermittent small test 400 blast. U gain your muscle back with muscle memory fromr previous heavy cycles that way, still look great and way healthier long term.

Also I retain nearly all my strength from heavy cycles even being on 170mg test and no gym for years because torn rotator I went back and still dumbell rows 70kg for 15 reps first time back. So in two weeks hopefully back to 80kg.

I was horny 24/7 but my cardio declined and weight gain happened so quick tht my fking ability was terrible.

Whats ur standing overhead press etc.
I just do seated behind the neck preas, today i did 9 reps with 80kgs seated.

Standing OHP i guess i can rep 100kgs for like 4-6

Also today i benched 140kgs for 10reps and had 2 hours of sleep :LOL::LOL:
I hated it so never got super high on it. I got to 100kg standing ohp for 10 meanwhile bench 140kg for 6 only. Bench never felt comfortable to me so now I'm not focused on gaining more muscle I don't do it at all just weighted dips as main chest exercise. Dips always felt gd for my body structure but works shit for others.

I just want some tren i am inyecting 100mg mast everyday witj 250 eq everyday 20mg dbol and i am 110kgs and i have visible abs at 188cm.

Tren is needed for freaky look and fat loss
