alright chat 1 1/2 weeks into the cycle and I’m starting to become more irritable ngl.
Today in 4th period I was playing clash since it was the end of class and my friend took my phone. And I instantly put him in a headlock and highkey almost starting punching him.
I think I gotta go do some monk shit and meditate cuz I’m not tryna be that irritable. I mean he was chill and we lwk always a bit aggressive with eachother so he didn’t think much of it but I gotta lock and suppress my rage like some monks
