I think it's an overgeneralization to say roids you (at least to the degree shown in the pic). It's more like Roids + the extreme bodybuilding lifestyle causing this. And then there's different steroids and dosages that would have differing effects on the appearance of aging. Testosterone for example is be much less harmful compared to Tren in this regard for example
